Beyond his success in real estate, Tilman is also making a significant impact in the community through youth sports and philanthropy. He currently serves as the Head Coach for Team PUSH, an elite local AAU basketball program. Known for his passion, experience, and dedication to developing young athletes, This year, Coach Dunbar is leading PUSH AAU through an exciting and competitive summer season. Under his leadership, the team kicked off their schedule with an undefeated 4–0 record at their first tournament in Washington, D.C.. Tilman’s coaching philosophy goes beyond winning, he instills the values of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance, helping his players grow on and off the court.

Tilman also plays a vital role with the PUSO Foundation, where he actively contributes to their mission of empowering underserved communities. Most recently, he traveled to Liberia as a PUSO Foundation representative, where he helped provide school supplies, food, and mentorship to youth in need. One of the trip’s most memorable moments was a two-day basketball camp, where children learned not only the fundamentals of the game but also life skills centered around discipline, teamwork, and resilience. The experience was deeply meaningful, reinforcing Tilman’s commitment to uplifting others through education, sports, and service.

Tilman is now fully dedicated to real estate, youth development, and philanthropy, a combination that reflects his values of leadership, excellence, and community empowerment.
